Scarlett is a dedicated and resilient young woman studying history at Mt. San Jacinto College. As a former foster youth, she navigates life with strength and independence, maintaining a meaningful bond with her special-needs brother despite losing contact with her mother. Her compassion shines in her unwavering support for him while she builds a loving relationship with her partner, who encourages her academic pursuits. One of her proudest achievements is purchasing her own car through hard work and determination. Balancing school, relationships, and personal growth, Scarlett is forging a future defined by resilience, ambition, and heart.

Throughout her life in foster care, Scarlett has moved frequently and often lived out of bags and temporary spaces. Because of this, she has never had the chance to organize her belongings or create a space that truly felt like her own. She has had to focus more on adapting and getting by than on comfort or structure. Now, for the first time, Scarlett has a stable home and her own room. While this is an important milestone, organizing her closet feels overwhelming because it is something she has never been taught and is tied to years of instability. Support with organizing her closet would help her learn simple routines, feel more settled, and take pride in a space that is finally hers.
