Kayla lives with her grandparents and her twin siblings due to her mother’s mental health challenges. Her mother was not able to keep her safe, including making unsafe threats and having distressing beliefs that affected the family. Even with everything she has been through, Kayla is a very sweet and kind little girl. She loves animals and enjoys gentle, hands-on activities. She also likes sensory play and caring for her baby dolls and stuffed animals.

Kayla is hoping for a new scooter for her birthday so she can ride with her twin brothers. She loves being outside and playing outdoors, especially now that the weather is getting nicer. Having a scooter would give Kayla a fun way to stay active and enjoy time outside. She is also excited about being able to ride together with her brothers, which would give them a fun activity they can all share.
