Jo Jo is a great young man who lives with his parents. They moved here from Jamaica and are struggling to make ends meet. Jo Jo faces challenges because he has autism and other disabilities. He finds reading and math tough but is working hard to learn important everyday skills. Right now, he's trying to master things like cleaning, getting dressed, and taking care of himself. He is also learning how to shop by himself, cross streets safely, and pick the right clothes for different weather. He is sweet, loving, and very determined to do his best. Jo Jo loves Disney, especially Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and enjoys watching "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" on YouTube. Despite the challenges he faces, his story shows hope and strength as he works to grow and thrive in life.

Jo Jo is a hardworking young man who is always trying to better himself. He enjoys spending time with his friends and loves being outdoors. With his birthday coming up, Jo Jo is hoping for a new scooter to ride at the skateboard park near his home. Being active outside helps him stay engaged and manage his energy in a positive way. A scooter would also give him a fun way to stay busy and avoid boredom. Receiving it on his birthday would make his day extra special and bring him a lot of joy.
