Steven has experienced significant trauma, and he is still working to process those experiences with the support of mental-health services. Even with these challenges, Steven’s heart is one of his strongest qualities. He cares deeply for his sister and half-sister, whom he is separated from. Steven also has a deep love for his family members who live in another country, including his mother and brother. Family means everything to him. Steven continues to show strength as he works through his healing journey, and he deserves support, understanding, and opportunities that help him keep moving forward.

Steven has been through a lot these past few months, including the recent deportation of his father. When asked what he wanted most for his birthday, Steven shared that he wished he could see his father in person. Unfortunately, that is not possible at this time. Steven shared that he would love a cologne, specifically the same one his father used to wear. This simple gift would help him feel connected to someone he deeply misses.
