In the midst of facing tough challenges from her difficult past dealing with domestic violence, Jinny, a strong and determined young woman, found herself grappling with a new diagnosis of PTSD. Her struggle with a stuttering problem exacerbates her feelings of shame, leading to social anxiety and panic attacks that affect her self-confidence. Despite these difficulties, Jinny's inner strength shines through as a talented poet with dreams of becoming a writer. Not only that, she also excels in mathematics, a skill that has set her apart since she was young.

Jinny is super excited about summer break. She is really looking forward to getting out, and enjoying the warm weather with her family and friends. One of the things that Jinny would like to do is go to Hershey Park. Her half sister will visiting and she would love to be able to go for a day of fun with someone around her age. For Jinny, this trip would be an amazing opportunity to reconnect with her sister and build lasting memories together.
