Jacob has been in the foster care system since he was three years old, following the unexpected death of his mother. After that, his maternal grandmother became his legal guardian. He was then placed with his maternal aunt, where he continues to live today. Jacob graduated from high school and is registered to start college courses soon. He enjoys playing video games, chatting with friends, and spending time with family. Jacob embraces new opportunities and loves learning new things.

Jacob is taking a cooking class where he is learning to make easy, healthy, and inexpensive meals. He is working on improving his health and trying to lose weight, and this class has been very helpful for him. It is also helping him build confidence and develop important independent living skills. An apron would be helpful for him while cooking and would support him as he continues learning in the kitchen.
