CASA IN - Gibson CountyKason is sweet and loves his family very much. If he had his way, Mom would carry him 24/7. Kason is the youngest of 3 boys and definitely the baby of the family. He has some speech delays but is doing well in therapy. He loves Baby Shark and playing with his big brothers. He's being supported by CASA.
Kason currently has a bed with wooden slats supporting the mattress. He and his brother have been pulling the mattress off, removing the slats, and using them to hit each other while playing. His mother is very worried that they could seriously hurt themselves or each other. A safer bed setup would help prevent injuries and give Kason a more secure place to sleep and play. It would also allow his mother to feel more at ease while cleaning the home or attending her online domestic violence support meetings.
