She faced a lot of instability during that time, but still stayed focused and graduated high school with a 3.8 GPA. After taking a gap year to focus on her mental health, Day is now planning to attend San Francisco State University and continue working toward independence. Her experiences have helped shape her into someone who is confident, adaptable, and caring, and she often speaks up to support other youth in her community. Day enjoys music, especially singing, and likes to spend her free time gaming with friends. She has also developed an interest in cars.
