Kevin is a fun-loving and curious young boy who enjoys playing and exploring, especially with his favorite show, Bluey. He is an autistic child who benefits from engaging activities and a supportive, nurturing environment. Kevin and his family are currently staying in a shelter after his mother made the courageous decision to leave an abusive situation. The transition has been challenging, and the family was unable to take many personal items with them.

Kevin is getting ready to start preschool and is very excited for this new chapter in his life. He would love a small backpack of his own to carry his school supplies and special belongings as he begins this big milestone. Having a backpack would help Kevin feel prepared and confident as he heads to preschool ready to learn, make friends, and grow. While a backpack may seem like a small thing, for Kevin it represents independence, excitement, and a fresh start.
