Issac is a quiet young man who is living in a transitional living program. Since 2015, Issac has been in four different placements. Although the various transitions have been tough on Issac, he still holds his head high and continues to share a smile. He hopes to someday get into real estate and investing. Once he is comfortable and comes out of his shell, he his funny and full of laughter.

Issac recently graduated from high school and landed his first big job. Issac, who is certified in forklift, has gained employment working at a warehouse, however it is a long commute. With the recent changes to the public tansportation system, Issac could use some support to be sure he maintain his employment as he faces transportation challenges until he obtains his driver's license.
