Aaliyah has lived with her grandmother for years. She loves to dance and participates in a dance class. She is currently participating in cheerleading. She is volunteering at a second-hand store to get some experience. She also loves arts and crafts. She enjoys doing hair and make-up.

Aaliyah is in need of summer clothing, as she has outgrown most of what she currently has. She also needs new summer shoes since she has outgrown those as well. Having properly fitting clothes and shoes would help her feel more comfortable and confident. She has been feeling self-conscious about changes in her body and is currently working in counseling on her body image and understanding these changes. New summer items would support her self-esteem and help her feel more at ease during this time of growth and development.
