Lucas is a sweet boy living in foster care with a family of seven. He brings so much joy to those around him and is growing and thriving every day, always wearing a little smile on his face. He has just begun to giggle when spoken to, which is a wonderful development. Despite having suffered extreme abuse early in his life, he is starting to understand that the world can be a safe place. He is truly a special little boy.

Lucas loves spending time outside with his foster family. However, it can be hard for him to stay in the sun for too long. This tent would be a great help, giving him a safe, shaded place to enjoy the fresh air without worrying about sunburn. It would allow him to stay comfortable while still being part of outdoor activities. Lucas would enjoy watching the birds and clouds this summer while relaxing in a cool, protected space.
