Foster Family Alliance of North CarolinaSteven is an incredibly sweet little boy! He was born exposed to substances and has faced medical challenges ever since. This year alone, he has been admitted to the hospital four times. He suffers from failure to thrive, which means he is very small for his age, and he is about to have a G-tube placed. Despite everything, he continues to smile through it all; he truly is the sweetest boy.
Steven has multiple health concerns and is frequently hospitalized. He is about to have a gastrostomy tube (G-tube) placed. His last hospital visit was due to respiratory distress, during which his oxygen levels dropped to the 80s. His foster mom has been unable to sleep well since then. Steven is such a resilient little guy, and having an Owlet monitor would provide his family with peace of mind while he sleeps by alerting them if any issues arise.
