Aubrey has been in foster care since she was 2 years old due to her parents abandoning her. Recently, she faced another setback when her aunt, who had been her caregiver since she was a toddler, also abandoned her. Now in a new foster home, Aubrey holds onto the hope that she can one day take care of herself and live independently. She is particularly interested in joining the military, believing it offers her the best opportunity to become successful and develop strength as an individual. In addition to her aspirations, Aubrey has a passion for the arts. Music serves as her therapy, providing an escape from the stressors she faces in life.

Aubrey was recently able to purchase a few clothing items from an OSW donor, but is still in need of a few more items as she reports that shipping costs were high on some of her purchases. For Aubrey, shopping online is easiest since she does not have a vehicle and is looking for undergarments, shoes, and a few dresses for herself.
