Janiyah is a strong and determined young mother! Despite the challenges she faces, she shows remarkable resilience and a commitment to her future. Janiyah is currently in foster care and gave birth to her son in July 2025. Since becoming a mother, she has shown incredible growth and strength. From the very beginning, she has created a loving, nurturing bond with her baby and continues to excel in her role as a parent while also staying focused on her personal goals. Janiyah recently graduated from high school and has set her sights on pursuing a career in dental school. She is motivated, determined, and committed to building a strong future for herself and her children. She has also recently welcomed her second child, and while she is doing her best to care for both children, managing daily responsibilities can be challenging. Traveling to and from doctor’s appointments with an infant and a one-year-old can be especially difficult. A double stroller would provide her with a safe, practical way to transport both children, helping her attend appointments more easily and safely. Janiyah has successfully transitioned into her independent living program and is excited to build a stable, nurturing home for her children. Support like this would help her continue moving forward as a dedicated and hardworking young mother.
