A power station for Machalea to feel secure during power outages

Machalea, 25 years old, OH

Wish submitted by:

Kindred Spirit Behavioral Health

Machalea is a strong single mother of three children who has faced many challenges, including experiencing homelessness. Even through these difficulties, she continues to stay positive and focused on building a better life for her family. She really enjoys spending time outdoors with her kids, whether itโ€™s going for walks or taking small road trips together. These moments mean a lot to her and bring her joy. She also loves to sing, which is something that makes her feel happy and relaxed. Her favorite color is blue, which reflects her calm and hopeful personality. Machalea works part-time as a home health aide, a job she truly cares about because she enjoys helping and caring for elderly people. Through her hard work, love for her children, and determination, she continues to push forward toward a brighter future.

Machalea has been through a lot and understands what it feels like to go without the comforts of home. After recently experiencing a power outage during a storm, she is requesting a power station that would allow her to plug in a lamp and charge her phone when the electricity goes out. Having something like this would help her feel safer and more prepared while caring for her babies at home. It would also give her peace of mind knowing she can still have light and stay connected during emergencies.
