Cedric is in care due to his father being incarcerated most of his life. Unfortunately, his mother was unable to meet her parental responsibilities due to substance abuse. Cedric and his two younger brothers are currently placed with Cedric's godmother. The home also has five other children. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Cedric lives in Arizona, where the community is quite spread out. With aspirations of graduating on time and pursuing a business degree, he understands how essential it is to secure a job. To help with this, Cedric is actively applying for positions, but he faces a significant transportation challenge. As his foster home is struggling financially to provide for everyone, Cedric has his heart set on an eBike for his birthday. Having this bike would allow him to travel easily to and from work, making it much easier to attend job interviews and start employment. Unfortunately, with five other children in the household, there isn't any extra support for transport. Cedric hopes that an electric bike can help him overcome this hurdle, enabling him to focus on his job search and studies without the stress of finding reliable transportation.
