Day is a fighter and a resilient young man who hopes to make something of himself one day. He is a survivor of domestic violence and is currently in foster care. Despite having a learning disability, he is doing everything he can to maintain his grades in school. One of the hardest challenges he has faced is the separation from his younger sister. The two of them were very close, but they had to be separated in order to find appropriate placements. Despite all the difficulties he has endured, Day strives to keep a positive attitude. He aspires to attend college and study engineering. He truly believes that, in the future, he will look back and see that everything he has gone through was necessary for him to achieve his destiny.

Day is very excited to reconnect with his little sister once school is out. It has been a few months since they last spent time together, and he is looking forward to making new memories with her. He is especially happy to celebrate her birthday with her and her friends at Dave & Buster’s. Day also wants to wear a new pair of trendy Alo shorts for the celebration. He enjoys staying stylish and feels good about refreshing his wardrobe after losing many of his clothes due to theft or damage.
