Jeremiah is an inspiring young boy who has shown incredible strength and resilience. Over the past year, he has made amazing strides mentally, physically, and emotionally, growing more open and confident every day. Jeremiah has a creative side and loves engaging in arts and crafts, but he is also discovering a brand-new joy in being outdoors and connecting with friends. His perseverance and positive growth make him a true joy to support.

Jeremiah has been struggling to keep up with his peers in school this year. He is passing to the next grade but barely. He will be doing extended school year this summer and is in need of a chromebook to complete his work and utilize the learning apps that his resource parent will be getting him.
