She also cherishes spending time with her friends, whether it’s hanging out at a coffee shop, playing board games, or listening to music.

Music is especially important to her; it serves as an escape from reality and helps her calm down during stressful times. Currently, Tamika is in a residential treatment facility to focus on her mental health. With the help of noise-canceling headphones, she can take time for herself and escape the outside world. The headphones will also allow her to concentrate better on tasks without being distracted by background noise.
