Hayaani is a non-verbal autistic girl who lives with her mother and grandmother. She attends a special school that supports her individual needs. She is full of energy and is often seen smiling and enjoying her surroundings. Her mother is a young parent who was also in placement as a teen and has experienced her own challenges growing up. The family continues to navigate their journey together while focusing on providing care and stability for Hayaani.

Hayaani and her family were evicted from their home earlier this year. They bounced around from motel to motel until they finally secured stable housing. During this period, many of Hayaani's belongings were lost or had to be left behind. This will help her and her family find some fun little sensory toys to keep her hands and mind busy!
