The Village of Children and FamiliesHarley has been in foster care since being removed from her home due to domestic violence. While under her mother's care, Harley's little brother passed away, leading to Harley and her sister being completely removed. The two have since been separated. Despite what she has been through, Harley remains positive. Harley loves coloring and Bluey.
Harley has been working hard to adjust to life in foster care and all of the changes that come with it. Her foster family believes that a trip to Storybook Land would give her a chance to create joyful memories and a break from the challenges she has faced. It would also provide a special opportunity for Harley and her foster family to spend quality time together and continue building a strong, trusting bond.
