Court Appointed Special Advocates of Monmouth CountyKayley is currently placed with her maternal grandmother, who has been her safe and stable support system since she was young. She resides with her two older brothers, who have aged out of foster care, as well as her sister, who remains in foster care with her. Being surrounded by her family has provided Kayley with the love, security, and consistency she needs to thrive. Kayley hopes that her family will be granted Kinship Legal Guardianship (KLG), allowing them to move forward with stability and permanency while maintaining the important family connections that mean so much to her. She also hopes to continue visiting with her mother and preserving that relationship. As Kayley prepares to begin college this fall, she is excited about the opportunities ahead and looks forward to continuing her journey with the support of her family by her side.
Kayley is excited to begin college this fall and is looking forward to all the new experiences that come with living on campus. As she prepares for this exciting transition, she could greatly benefit from some dorm room essentials to help her feel organized and ready for freshman year. One item that would be especially helpful is a shower caddy. Having a shower caddy would allow Kayley to easily carry her toiletries and personal items from her dorm room to the shared community bathrooms, making her daily routine more convenient and manageable. This practical item would help her feel prepared and confident as she settles into college life.
