Jaylah is being raised by her grandmother because her mother moved back to Nigeria and abandoned her. Her father is currently serving in the military. Despite these challenges, Jaylah is excelling in school. She is a member of the Girl Scouts, which she really enjoys, and she has recently started playing soccer, showing great improvement in the sport. In addition to that, she participates in swimming lessons and martial arts classes. Jaylah loves going to the library and enjoys reading, spending 30 minutes each night reading before bed.

Jaylah is a big fan of Pokémon, and she’s picked out an adorable bed-in-a-bag set just for her. She’s excited to have her very own bedding that she chose herself, making her bed a special and cozy spot for sleeping and reading before bedtime. It’s all about creating a magical place she can call her own!
