Jameson was born prematurely at just 27 weeks and has spent considerable time in the NICU. He has faced significant challenges and has already undergone two surgeries. He is scheduled for another surgery to correct a perforated bowel and to have both a G-tube and a colostomy bag placed, which should help him gain weight appropriately. When his health began to decline, his birth parents left him at the hospital and have not visited since. He and his twin brother are being discharged to their foster home.

Jameson loves to sleep swaddled tightly. It is the only way he can sleep without startling himself awake. These swaddles fit him snugly for long periods, allowing for great sleep while minimizing irritation on his G-tube.
