Charisma is a smart, strong-willed teen. Currently, she resides in a group home for at-risk youth. She is currently acclimating to foster care after losing her mother 3 years ago to cancer. She has experienced adversity and hardship and continues to remain resilient. She loves shoes and fashion and values her independence. In her free time, she enjoys doing makeup and hair and works a part-time job.

Charisma has been working hard to establish who she is and the path she would like to take. She recently graduated from middle school and is so proud of this major accomplishment. Entering high school without her mother has been difficult for Charisma, but she is taking this as an opportunity to lead with the right foot forward. She has been wanting a pair of Air Jordans to fit in with her peers. For Charisma, a pair of Air Jordans will remind her that she has a community who believes in the person she has worked so hard to become.
