Frank is a very special kid who brightens every room he enters. He is active and loves to laugh. Although he has autism and is nonverbal, that doesn't prevent him from communicating with those who take the time to understand him. Frank has been in foster care for quite some time, separated from his siblings due to his high needs. He is working hard in therapy and school and is making great progress.

Frank absolutely loves all kinds of vehicles. Whether it’s a sports car, a construction vehicle, a bus, or a big truck, he enjoys playing with anything that has wheels. He spends hours creating intricate play spaces for his vehicles and their accessories. For his birthday, he would love to add a large semi-truck car carrier to his collection, which is sure to bring him joy and smiles.
