Araya's aunt stepped up to take guardianship of her and her four siblings while their parents were incarcerated. Araya loves school, art, and music. She is kind and resilient and brings real light to everyone around her. She has overcome a lot with grace.

Araya is in need of a new mattress for her daybed so she can have a comfortable and restful place to sleep. She does not currently have a mattress of her own and is sharing a bed. Having her own mattress would give her a sense of personal space and help her get a more peaceful night’s sleep.
