Dillan is currently living in foster care for the second time in his young life. He has faced challenges that no one should ever have to endure, but despite all the upheaval, he is determined to improve his life. He has set a goal to graduate from high school and secure a well-paying job. He enjoys working with various machines and takes on side jobs to earn extra money.

Dillan lives in a small town, and many of his friends live just a few miles away. Recently, he has been gaining more independence and is now allowed to walk to their homes and to the park in town. He would love to have a bike to ride instead of walking those few miles, as it would make his journey more enjoyable.
