David is a happy, sweet boy who is learning and growing every day. He is meeting his developmental milestones and is a joy to be around. David has been in foster care since birth and is thriving in his current home.

David loves cars and has been showing an interest in Hot Wheels. He is a little too young to really play with them. A Little People Hot Wheels track is the perfect size for him. He will still be able to race his cars, but it will be much easier for him to enjoy.
