Charlieze is a resilient young person who has overcome challenges related to her mental health in the past. During her struggles with self-harm, she often felt withdrawn and depressed. However, she discovered that exercise serves as a positive and healthy outlet, helping her manage stress and improve her mood and overall well-being. She is being supported by the Pinelands Family Success Center.

Charlieze is looking for workout equipment to support her positive mental health journey. She has been committed to maintaining a positive mindset, and exercise has played a significant role in this. Working out provides her with the positivity and strength she needs to persevere. She enjoys weights, jump ropes, workout gear, and anything else that keeps her active. Access to workout equipment would greatly assist her in continuing this healthy coping strategy and encourage her ongoing journey toward healing, strength, and stability.
