Waylon is a lively, rough-and-tumble kid who loves being outside. He has a lot of energy and enjoys exploring and staying active. He has been in foster care twice, through no fault of his own. Despite the challenges and trauma he has experienced, he remains a happy-go-lucky child with a positive spirit.

Waylon has always loved cars, especially anything he can race and control himself. At his previous home, he had an RC car that he really enjoyed, but he had to leave it behind when he moved since it did not belong to him. He would be so excited to have a new RC car of his own—especially one that can do cool tricks and bring him hours of fun and play. Having something like this would mean a lot to him as he settles into a new place and continues to find comfort in the things he loves.
