Richard is a young man living in foster care with is aunt and uncle. He is diabetic and struggles with the limitations this puts on him. He is a good student and works hard to keep his grades up. He is a hard worker and likes to do odd jobs for extra spending money. His favorite hobbies are playing video games and playing basketball.

Richard has diabetes, which limits his ability to engage in physical activities. He loves playing sports but can't do so often. In his opinion, the next best thing is playing video games. Currently, Richard has a PS4, but some of his best gaming friends own PS5s. He hopes to get a premium PlayStation subscription that will allow him to play with other PlayStation users across different systems, regardless of the console they have.
