Foster NationAshley spent time in the foster care system and came out of it wanting to change things for others. She is working on her Master's in Social Work and plans to create her own group home one day. She recently lost a job and has since found a new one, but she is still recovering financially.
Ashley has a home but no couch. Visitors have to stand or sit on the floor. She is in graduate school, working, and rebuilding financially. A couch would give her home the basic comfort it is missing and a place where guests can actually sit. For someone doing as much as she is, having a real living room matters.
