Rynell is a quiet boy who often hesitates to try new things. He has been exposed to a lot of domestic violence and frightening experiences at home, and he is working on finding ways to cope with his scary memories. Rynell is a caring older brother and enjoys playing quiet games by himself. He likes watching shows about rescue heroes and animals.

Rynell had to leave his parents' home due to domestic violence. He is now living with a family friend who doesn't have young children, which has been a significant adjustment for him. She is doing her best to gather everything needed to care for three young kids, but it has been challenging and costly. Rynell will be very grateful to receive some new clothes and shoes that he can wear this summer to stay cool and comfortable.
