Sergio, who is in foster care, is a resilient and thoughtful young man who demonstrates strength and adaptability despite recent challenges in his life. He enjoys staying active and finds joy and confidence in playing soccer and basketball, which help him manage stress and build positive peer connections. Sergio was recently relinquished by his legal guardian and has since been in placement, a transition that has been difficult but one he has approached with maturity beyond his years.

Sergio has experienced a significant growth spurt. As a result, many of his clothes and shoes no longer fit comfortably. Sergio's wish is for a gift card to his favorite store so he can pick out new clothes and shoes that fit properly and help him feel confident as he begins this exciting new chapter in high school.
