Voices for Children - San DiegoBrianne and her little sister were removed from their home after both experienced sexual abuse. Through multiple placements, Brianne kept her grades up, stayed cheerful, and became a role model for her sister. She loves baking and has a goal to learn cheesecake and homemade ice cream. She is one of the most resilient kids you will ever read about.
Brianne just moved from San Diego to Las Vegas to live with a relative. She is safe, but shared that it does not quite feel like home yet. She is wishing for a Ninja Creami so she can make ice cream and share it with the people in her new home. Cooking for others is how she shows love. This would give her a way to start building something that feels like hers.
