Charles has recently begun learning how to fish with his foster dad. They have been visiting the pond regularly, and he is practicing how to cast his line. He has big dreams of catching a fish that is as big as he is! Additionally, Charles has a strong passion for Hot Wheels cars, so having a fishing pole and tackle box themed around Hot Wheels would be a dream come true for him.
