Jersie is currently living independently for the first time after being in foster care for most of her life. She continues to adjust to the new journey while working on her goals. She is currently working as a home health aid and would like to work in health care full-time. She enjoys gaming and hanging out with her kitty! She continues to strive to be the best version of herself.

Jersie recently received an emotional support cat to help her cope with anxiety, and the cat has already brought her a lot of comfort, peace, and joy during a difficult time. She is excited to care for him, make sure he has everything he needs, and watch him grow as they continue to build a bond and learn each other’s routines.
