When Brody entered foster care, he was unable to bring any of his belongings with him. He has been struggling during this adjustment period, but he seems to be doing somewhat better and is beginning to trust his foster family. He says that his favorite color is red, and his favorite cartoon is "Spidey and Friends." He is a sweet boy who is still coming out of his shell.

Brody recently entered care and is having a difficult time adjusting to being separated from his mom. To help him feel connected to her, he has requested a special Build-A-Bear stuffed animal with a recording of his mom's voice inside. Being able to hear her voice whenever he needs comfort would provide reassurance during a time filled with uncertainty and change. This stuffed animal would be much more than a toy—it would serve as a treasured reminder of his mother's love and presence. Having that connection close by could help Brody feel safer, more supported, and comforted when he misses her most.
