Ray was placed in a home with minimal resources. This home is a great match for him, and he has moved several times, finally getting to where he is now. Now that he’s settling into this home, he has grown so quickly that he is in need of some new clothing. He wants to start working to purchase his own things, but he's unable to because he’s in a rural area with minimal opportunities and he just turned 14.
