Charles is a happy boy who loves to play and be active. He came to his current foster home after experiencing emotional maltreatment and domestic violence in his biological home. In this nurturing environment, Charles is able to thrive and develop well. He enjoys spending time outside and being engaged in activities.

Charles enjoys spending time outdoors, especially during the pleasant summer weather. He has been playing with balls and engaging in various sports. He would love to have his very own basketball hoop to play with. This would not only be a fun activity but also help him develop his skills. Having a basketball hoop would provide a positive outlet for his energy!
