Charles is a happy boy who loves to play and be active. He came to his current foster home after experiencing emotional maltreatment and domestic violence in his biological home. In this nurturing environment, Charles is able to thrive and develop well. He enjoys spending time outside and being engaged in activities.

Charles loves being outdoors, but the yard has limited space. To keep him engaged and active, his foster family has been searching for fun activities for him. Charles enjoys throwing balls and frisbees, so a target would be a great addition to his playtime. This would provide him with an enjoyable activity to do while outside!
