Jazz is a devoted mother of four who takes great pride in creating a loving and supportive environment for her children. She enjoys spending quality time with them by reading together, attending their extracurricular activities, and cheering on her son at basketball games. As a certified chef, Jazz has a passion for cooking and loves preparing meals that bring her family together. In her free time, she expresses her creativity through arts and crafts. Additionally, she is dedicated to serving others and regularly volunteers at her church, giving back to her community through outreach and service. Jazz's caring nature, strong work ethic, and commitment to both her family and community make her someone who always strives to make a positive impact on those around her.

Jazz is currently fleeing a domestic violence situation and is courageously working to rebuild a safe and stable life for herself and her children. After leaving the abusive environment, they were placed in a hotel that is located far from the city, where she needs to access essential resources and support services. Unfortunately, they have no reliable means of transportation, making it extremely difficult for Jazz to attend appointments, connect with community resources, and meet her family's daily needs. Despite these challenges, Jazz has secured employment and is scheduled to begin working next Monday. Reliable transportation is critical to ensuring she can travel to and from work, as well as continue accessing services that will help her family transition into permanent housing and long-term stability. Because she and her children are starting over in an unfamiliar area, they have very limited support and are still learning how to navigate the community. Assistance with transportation would remove a significant barrier during this difficult transition. It would allow Jazz to maintain her new job, attend important appointments, and continue taking the necessary steps toward independence and self-sufficiency. This support would provide her family with hope, stability, and the opportunity to move forward after experiencing domestic violence.
