Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (ORPARC)Coming into care has been hard on Tye, and he does best when he's surrounded by people he loves. He loves riding his balance bike, watching excavators, and finds real peace in snuggles and play dough when things feel like too much.
Tye is learning to swim, and it's already a hot summer where he lives, right near open water. A swim vest would help keep him safe and afloat while he builds confidence in the water, so he can feel like a happy dolphin instead of a worry for the adults watching him.
