NM CYFD - San Juan CountySkyla is shy at first but has a lot going on beneath the surface as she learns to communicate in a world that works differently for her. She loves Cocomelon in sign language, adores princesses, and is adjusting to a new placement away from her parents.
Skyla has grown so much since coming into foster care, and she loves both taking and receiving photos from family. A camera of her own would let her capture her adventures to share with family and hang up in her room, a way to feel connected even when they're apart.
