Therapeutic Interagency ProgramCelia is the sweetest girl, and she is taken care of by her cousin. She loves to be snuggled and hugged and has the funniest little giggle that makes everyone smile. She plays nicely with her siblings and loves rocking and feeding her baby dolls.
Celia has a big imagination and loves caring for her dolls. She has been hoping for a Baby Alive that she can feed, change, and nurture just like a real baby. Receiving one for her birthday would fill her day with excitement and make her feel incredibly loved and special.
