She sees a tutor twice a week to assist her. She is cheerful, respectful, and has a great outlook on life. She enjoys art and engages in dance competitions with a local church. Velma loves going out into the community and loves Barnes & Noble. She is interested in animation, art, and fashion, too! Such a cool kid!
Velma stays very busy, even for a child in foster care! Between sibling visits, therapy, dance competitions, art classes, and swimming. Velma is always on the move! This summer, she really wants to be able to relax after a hectic school year. Velma is hoping to have a bike so she can commute to her commitments, relax in the park, and keep up with the kids in her neighborhood. A bike would help her relax and stay active all in one!
