Walter has recently arrived at his foster home and is adjusting wonderfully. Quick to learn, he can count, write the entire alphabet, and enjoys playing with others. His favorite toy is a stuffed alligator, which he often keeps by his side. Walter is also taking lessons in bike riding from his foster brother, and they are having a great time together.

Walter, just 4 years old, is living in a foster home over an hour away from his county's office, making visits challenging. The long drives can be especially tough on him, particularly on the way back. To help keep him calm and entertained during these journeys, his foster dad has been trying to get him an iPad so Walter can watch his favorite movies or play games, making the experience more enjoyable for them both.
