He is very affectionate and often smiles and laughs, bringing joy to those around him. He lives with his single father, who provides a loving and caring home for him. Liam is currently receiving supportive services to enhance his communication and developmental skills.

Liam just turned three, and he's such a sweet and smart little guy! Although he has a speech delay, he has a knack for communicating with his dad in his own unique ways. Right now, they share a bed because his father can't afford one for Liam.
